Tied up in Knots

Father Peter had another very entertaining radio show on Thursday. Most people are stressed today for various reasons and the result can be limitless. One of the many problems of being tied up in knots is that you can get painful symptoms like sciatic pain. Pain that can run down your leg, buttocks and is mostly associated with the lower back.

Good news, according to his guest Kathi Casey, is that back pain can be resolved by doing simple stretching exercise 25 minutes a day, eliminating the need for medication.

I started watching the video, and she was sitting crossed-legged on the floor. The first step is that you have to be able to get down on the floor and then up again. More information here.
