Somehow if fewer teens are having sex than fifteen years ago, as reported by the massteenpregnancy.org/here, that being the case, I wonder why it was reported that our town's teens are pumping out babies, making its way up the chart of towns who also have similar problems, to the tune of fourth runner-up in this state.

I know one thing, before you can arrive at a solution, you've got to know what the problems is. So what is it? Someone is not doing their job, the number of illegitimate children testify to that fact. Could the answer be you? Whatever the reason, we all must pay the price for promiscuity.
